a true schmiede production. thx to the captain for doing the lobbying work! you did it how it was supposed to be done: announce, announce again, create a schmiede.caProject, asking all to join, presenting, persuading, persuading, being funny, announcing, letting everyone know, reminding, making handouts, demanding concrete feedback, last but not least, roll with it once you roll :) it was great, and that's all not including the actual video and track production ;)
